- Develop relationships with potential and current clients.
- Set and attend business meetings with clients.
- Master being the point of contact for candidates and clients in the recruitment process.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve the best results for clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed challenging personal and team targets.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from business development/generation to placement and proper follow-up.
Requirements
- With a sales background, and a proven record in this industry, you are immediately operational.
- 5 years in a similar role in the GCC
- A desire to join a fast-paced, performance oriented culture
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to utilize negotiation and influence within a conversation
- A competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong knowledge in MS Office
