Business applications systems analyst

Education and technical skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field.
Deep knowledge of business application systems such as ERP, CRM, etc.
Experience using data analysis and process management tools such as SQL, Power BI and Tableau.
Experience and training:

At least two years of experience in business application systems analysis.
Training or certifications in developing and customizing application systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Analytical skills and solutions:

Ability to analyze business needs and design and develop technical solutions to meet these needs.
Ability to identify gaps in the current system and provide effective solutions.
Communication and teamwork:

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and technical teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work within a team and direct efforts towards achieving project goals.
