Demonstrate experience working on consumer and transactional datasets with history of managing various analysis such as: audience segmentation, loyalty, CLV seasonality etc.
• Generate data-driven insights and analyses that influence business strategic decisions including but not limited to marketing, media, market research, CX, e-commerce etc.
• Frame business cases, understand the underlying analytics needs, determine the correct data sources/information and display ability to consult on impactful solutions
• Project manage the development of key data science projects in order to ensure quality of data input, accuracy of model and impact on business needs
• Document project scope, methodology, implementation, and final business outcomes to ensure transparency and scalability of solutions across the rest of the teams.
• Explore data and processes to uncover untapped areas of growth and consult on opportunities to scale through analytics.
• Ensure the implementation of a proper measurement framework which is aligned to business goals and objectives.
• Effectively leverage data storytelling in order to communicate findings in compelling ways, helping key stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Lead insights & analytics by managing a portfolio of consumer-centric projects which elevate the use of data and its impact on business value.
• Oversee the development of dashboarding and reporting projects to ensure business KPIs are properly monitored and tracked.
• Support market research & CX projects, with experience analyzing brand health data to assess performance vis a vis consumer behavior and the macro scheme.
• Guide technical counterparts by directing development/scientific/engineering efforts on the business component of projects and ensure deliverables are properly met.
