Job Description
Business Analyst
We are looking for a hardworking Business Analyst, this role will involve coordinating with multiple business functions, and working with financial, operational, and commercial data in order to identify trends and patterns, needed to make highly informed business decisions. Our ideal candidate has fun at work and a desire to positively impact the industry. This role is based in Dubai.
What You'll Do
Driving and enabling data-driven decision-making- Maximizing proficiency and productivity with our products and services.
Developing and managing BI solutions- Recommending Process and Strategy Improvements through technology solutions.
Gathering business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources
Assessing market strategies by analyzing related products, markets or trends
Using business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers
Developing and maintaining interactive and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and providing strategic recommendations to enhance business performance, optimize processes and drive growth
Designing and implementing data models, data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data
Conducting market research, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and industry trends to enhance our understanding and support client engagements
Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their research needs, deliver insightful reports, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in Business Intelligence, analytics, and data visualization tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborating with various departments to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting, including financial data, customer behavior data, and operational data.
Who You Are
Have proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Researcher or in a similar role, with expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and report development.
Have experience in data modeling, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes (Certifications in BI and data visualization tools are preferred
Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Arabic Nationality/Arabic speaker.
Fresh Graduate.
RIT University or a Certificate from Data Program Science is an advantage.
Have at least 2 years of experience working within both local Middle
Eastern and global teams.
