Engage with SMEs, end users and Vendors to identify, document and validate the requirements based on user journeys and user stories for Implementing Pricing and Billing systems in Banks.
Identify/Implement solutions to:
oImprove operational efficiency through simple and automated billing operations.
oImprove customer transparency through granular level pricing information from multiple channels & systems.
oMitigate revenue risk through automation and rule-based control across the process.
