- Coordinate with Tech functional leaders to provide input to, and support for business cases for change
- Contribute to strategic changes roadmap to maximise effectiveness and benefits
- Work with Business and IT leaders to ensure improvements deliver sustainable benefits
- Assist with stakeholder engagement to report on the implementation and embedding of new ways of working, culture change, and improvement activities
- Coordinate with the Technology leadership team to support the Technology communication plan
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, help decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
