BIM COORDINATOR - MULTIDISCIPLINARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates the process of generating and managing digital models of places; building information models are virtual files that help with decision-making during the building process
Review of 3D Models
Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks
Manage Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
Early design review and constructability analysis
Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7-12 years of experience in similar position
Design consultancy experience
Extensive Experience in Project Management, Abu Dhabi Authority requirements, BEP creation, Templates, graphical standards, scripting and automation, best practices familiarity, experience with Concultancy firms, Preferable Architectural Engineering Background, communication skills and contractal scope and delivery management
3D modeling and graphic imaging software (Autodesk, 3D Slash, Cinema 4D, Adobe, Corel, etc.)
Computer-aided design software (Microsoft Visio, Visual Architect, TurboCAD, etc.)
Office software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD
Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
BIM knowledge and interest in working with construction firms
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture and engineering
