Responsibilities
• Handle precise calculation and timely distribution of invoices
• Review flight activity, ensure accuracy of coding and categorization
• Produce accurate customer invoices and add any additional charges or notes
• Review and approve unusual invoices before sending out
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer balances for cash and hours flown
• Generate and send customer statements, respond to queries
• Create reports on flying activity and other statistics
