Job Description

- Contact and visit debtors as needed to ensure payment received as planned
- Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints
- Create trust relationships with debtors to avoid future issues
- Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay
