Desired Characteristics
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with evidence of increasing scope controllership
- Proven ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision
- Experience with Health and Welfare benefit plan regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with regulatory agencies (e.g., Department of Labor, Centers for Medicare/Medicaid, State DOL’s)
- Strong analytical and clear-thinking skills; ability to identify trends and implement process improvements
