Job Details
- Explore and assess novel benefits programs, plan designs, and cost adjustments.
- Facilitate monthly educational sessions on benefits for Team Members across different communication platforms.
- Engage in negotiations with vendors and administrators to ensure the acquisition of optimal plans, choices, and rates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators.
- Enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency by streamlining internal processes.
- Supervise day-to-day benefits processing, addressing enrollments, terminations, changes, and compliance testing.
