MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Perform administrative activities involving Finance, Treasury, Accounting, HR, and Sales, ensuring compliance with deadlines related to the processes.
- Coordinate and manage COMPANYs legal and documental processes in partnership with the Legal team in Brazil and a local contracted company.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasting, and financial / accounting planning of COMPANY.
- Carry out the financial and accounting management of COMPANY accounts, as well as carry out analyses, estimates and recommendations for adjustments to established processes.
- Coordinate the execution of mandatory COMPANY processes, such as Annual Audit, Annual Income Tax, Shareholder Resolution, and other internal procedures required by Compliance, Accounting, Finance, Tax, etc.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:
Complete higher education
Solid experience in administrative, financial, and accounting processes.
Desirable experience with commercial routine.
LANGUAGE:
Advanced English and Dutch
Desirable Portuguese
