MANAGEMENT OF THE AFFILIATE BEAUTY SALON: Monitoring the administrative management of the beauty salon Maintain and provide accounting information Staff management and training: recruitment, monitoring and compliance with regulations defined in contracts and job descriptions Establishment of staff objectives Maintain a weekly meeting to measure the benefits in relation to the objectives (strengths/points to improve) Organize the schedule, vacations, absences, etc. of the beauty salon Control of hygiene, cleanliness and order of the retail area and treatment rooms Approve the placing of orders with suppliers Approve the list of services and prices of treatments and products Use software specific to the beauty salon Updating the beauty salon website
