- Develop effective campaigns to increase use of digital channels - raise MAIF when required and follow up with Marketing to ensure the campaign is successful.
- Analyze performance of digital channels.
- Raise awareness about digital channels.
- Make recommendations for strategic enhancements.
- Monitor performance of channel and campaigns.
- GL reconciliation on reports received from the respective departments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Corporate Governance: Work fully within risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulations. Comply with Anti-Money laundering policies and ensure being up to date on all existing and new updates.
- Policies & Procedures: Follow all relevant Gulf Bank policies procedures, Risk policies and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
