Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Identifying organization needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development
  • Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Manage employees grievances
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Managing and delivering reports and data when required
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in HR or related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or recruiter role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Creative thinking and being active on social media.
