Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Identifying organization needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development
- Communicating with external sources, i.e. peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Manage employees grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Managing and delivering reports and data when required
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in HR or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or recruiter role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Creative thinking and being active on social media.
