Our client, a Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics company, is seeking an experienced "Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist".

Job Title: Medical Technologist / Clinical Lab Scientist

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Indianapolis, IN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with importing clinical data from the companys field operations team utilizing statistical application software
  
• Providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality standards are met for our customer base
  
• Enters/creates, maintains, and archives designated master data within the span of responsibility
  
• Ability to apply CLIA and CAP regulatory requirements to assess data for compliance
  
• Monitors the quality of the data within the span of responsibility
  
• Makes decisions within standard guidelines with progressively less ;
  
• Takes risks and implements ideas within established
  

EDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

• Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist with minimum of 3 years of experience - preferred
  
• Medical Laboratory Technician with minimum of 5 years of experience
  
• Medical Laboratory Medicine degree with a minimum of 5 years of
  
• Proficient computer skills (focus on Microsoft Excel)
  
• Understands the fundamentals of databases and data structures (tables, hierarchical structures, flat files, )
  
• Clinical chemistry laboratory experience
  
• Familiar with the College of American Pathologists (CAP) regulatory checklists
  
• Familiar with chemistry laboratory verification and inspection expectations
