Job Summary:

As Senior Executive Recruiter for Linxus Group, you will work with the Recruitment Manager by creating a plan to lead a team of Jr & Executive Recruiters in a specialized industry of clients. Your day to day will involve managing your team and ensuring they have the optimum roadmap for success. Sourcing candidates for open vacancies, both for your team and other teams where appropriate. You will also liaise with National Accounts to introduce and open new clients. Although you will be given other specific goals, Linxus Group takes pride in not following the crowd, our focus is to create a great business by understanding that our team makes our business great. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FRAMEWORK:

  • Role responsibility
    • Manage a team of recruiters.
    • Engage in weekly team meetings with other Snr Executives to ensure that open orders are being effectively covered, and that we are supporting each other where there are gaps and overloads.
    • Ensure that all orders are qualified, prioritised effectively, and that client s expectations are managed where appropriate.
    • Account manage a portfolio of clients.
    • Source candidates for your clients, as well as your team s and other team s.
    • Working with National Accounts and your team, you will identify an appropriate target list of clients.
    • Own Jr Executives and Executives on-boarding and smooth progression into the business.
  • Commercial responsibility
    • You will be principally responsible for the delivery of the team budget.
    • You will be responsible for your own individual budget and specific goals.
  • Team responsibility
    • Coaching your team.
    • Identifying challenges and working with the team to create solutions.
    • An active user and follower Linxus Group s core values and culture.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • 2 years experience in the Recruitment Industry, or;
    • 5 years experience in a Sales Leadership function.
    • No specific educational requirements.

    • Good presentation skills.
