Barista

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty coffee trends
• Passion for coffee and strong knowledge of coffee flavors and profiles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Must be a female due to specific staffing requirements
