Job Description

- Ensure all barges are 100% compliant with the marine safety guidelines and other corporate requirements and follow-up with barge leadership team on corrective action closeouts.
- Experience in vessel operation (Pipelay/Heavy Lift)
- Actively promote and ensure all subordinates and subcontractors comply with HSE and Quality policies and procedures
- Implementation of all disciplinary procedures on all barges
- Review all barge safety and committee meeting reports to ensure proper minutes are being taken and all actions identified are completed
- Ensure all safety goals are communicated to the barge personnel
- Review projects safety plans and ensure the contents are communicated and implemented
- Review accidents reports from offshore and ensure all action items are logged and followed up until closed out
- Conduct daily meeting with Operation team to discuss the current progress and future needs of the current and future project
