Bar Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, and a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. A natural leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.

What will you do?

• Manage day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased footfall/delivery
• Ensure the accuracy of the beveragemenu in the bar and work closely with theGM together to plan and execute beverage promotions and keep the beverage menu updated
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation, guest profile, service and menu served
  
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead the bar team
• Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Comply with fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent grooming standards

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant in UAE
• Strong financial, administrative, and organizational skills to run a large team
• Creative, innovative, and thinks outside the box
  
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
