Bar Assistant

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a quick and efficient manner.
Create and recommend cocktail and beverage signatures based on customer preferences and current trends.
Maintains bar area clean and organized, including refilling supplies and disposing of empty bottles and trash.
Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and saving the rest.
Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Monitor and enforce all alcohol laws and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible alcohol consumption environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new beverage recipes to continually improve skills and provide innovative options to customers.
Maintains bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, and restocking inventory as needed.

Required profile of candidates
Obtaining a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Previous experience serving beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
Review point of sale systems and cash handling procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Skills in organizing multiple tasks and time management.
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drinks.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical ability and ability to stand for long periods of time.
