Responsibilities
• Develop processes, policies, and procedures related to customer DXB & RAK Post Sale
• Manage cross-divisional systems and processes
• Process transfer of ownership and registration of assets
• Oversee Post Sales activities and contract changes
• Administer customer and residential sales contracts
• Manage database and document control processes
• Review customer feedback and address issues
• Assist in budgeting for Customer Operations
• Manage cases in alignment with offices and SLAs
