Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate:
- Efficiently and competently research legal issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
- Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients
Requirements for the Litigation Associate:
- 1 - 3 years of litigation experience at a defense law firm
- Licensed to practice law in Florida required;
