Associate Manager Ship Chartering Flour

Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to establish purchasing strategies and contracts.

- Understanding of futures markets and ability to hedge on the same. 20%: Develop long range purchasing plans and strategies using a proactive approach.

- Manage and aggressively identify opportunities to optimize and mitigate risk within the supply chain.

- 20%: Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Sales on risks and costs evolution associated with all key functions, in order to optimize pricing and contribution margin.

- 10%: Responsible for aligning overall team resources to execute against short term and long term strategies and meeting strategic sourcing and location/plant/BU objectives.

- Provides overall guidance and procurement work expertise to the team. Accountable for talent development, succession planning and engagement of team.

- Ensure that the company HSE policies & procedures are fully followed
