- Strong Communication & Negotiation skills (verbal, written and presentation) Organized, structured and accurate (concisely managing a broad and varied workload) Strong time management (adhering to milestones)
- Capable of managing a broad range of stakeholders
- Observational skills and emotional intelligence Team player
- Minimum 5 years of progressive and successful experience in managing Retail fit-outs, F&B fit-outs or Retail Construction management ideally in large shopping mall/retail development company in GCC or abroad in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. Recognized Certification in Occupational Health and
- Safety discipline is highly desirable
