Associate Manager Community Management

Job Description

• Responsible for the SW sub-project with respect to the aspects "on time", "on spec/quality" and "on budget"
  
• Responsible for all the activities regarding SW System Design and SW Project Development
  
• Registration, scheduling, ordering and tracking of requirements and their implementation
  
• Program version planning with the support of SWSDs, SWPDs & Test Teams regarding the delivery date and the content of the SW
  
• Planning and tracking of quality assurance measures and metrics in the sub-project including knowledge of PVP & Q-requirements
  
• Release of program versions including Series Release activities planning
  
• Documentation of baselines (all necessary information about the SW and tools used for its generation)
  
• Planning and monitoring of the project specific ECU resources consumption
  
• Creation and validation of program versions
  
• Provision of program versions as a baseline for further developments in the NE division
  
• ECU SW documentation as well as freeze and archival of the developed SW products
  
• Measurement, documentation and monitoring of the ECU resources consumption
  
• Delivery of the software work products to internal customers (function development, calibration and plant)
  
• Creation of SW container for the plant and delivery to the calibration
  
• Testing and validation of the program versions including documentation of the results
  
• Provision of delivery documentation to internal/external customers
  
• Supports the ECU project manager while evaluating the functionality of the entire system with respect to the objectives of the ECU project
  
• Analysis and evaluation of risks for the SW Sub-Project
  
• Co-operation during team set up
  
• Operative management of the SW Sub-Project team members
  
• Co-ordination of the SW team in case of necessary support for SW start up in vehicle, expeditions as well as for error analysis
  
• Tracking of new requirements for automatic and manual integration tests
  
• Quotations based on an RFQ or an internal specification for the SW Sub-Project (estimation of capacity and costs, rough scheduling, ECU resources estimation)
  
• Archival of the SW sub-project upon
  
• Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring)
  

Qualifications

ECE or EEE or TCE

Additional information

• Excellent C/C++ programming skills
  
• Experience in Requirements Elicitation, Concept, Design Development and Testing
  
• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
  
• Knowledge/working experience on AUTOSAR development environment
  
• Experience in working across platforms: MEDC17, MDG1
  
• Understanding software system design ( Layered Software Architectures, AUTOSAR, OSEK OS, Communication stacks, standard software, )
  
• Awareness of Hardware, Hardware & Software Interface, Software Development Models
  
• Experience in the usage of testing-tools like Labcar, debugger, simulator & strong debugging skills
  
• Good knowledge of ASPICE
  
• Basic knowledge of FMEA, DRBFM
  
• Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, SVN, DOORS, )
  
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  
• Experience in OEM Interaction & German language skills would be added advantage
  
• Experience in Agile working models
  
• Overall industry experience: 6-9 yrs
