- Drive the successful execution of Agile use cases and product development by taking the lead in program-level processes, ceremonies, and events while maintaining close collaboration with the head of the digital factory and sponsors.
- Take accountability for ensuring that delivery goals are clearly synchronized with business requirements and priorities by leading collaborations with Product Management, Product Owners, and various other stakeholders.
- Lead the agile program planning sessions, with a focus on defining precise team objectives and commit to deliver value within designated timeframes.
