- Check products availability.
- Shipment tracking.
- Align on delivery dates with delivery team, in line with approved service levels.
- Internal / External Customers’ point of contact in case of issues.
- Suggest, Achieve & Track Logistics KPIs (Shipment in full, Delivery in full, Cost, Savings).
- Providing custom brokers with necessary documentation to get customs approval for shipments.
