- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our global GTM Enablement training and enhancement programs, strategy, and teams.
- Proactively identify and own strategic initiatives that achieve Deel’s business outcomes.
- Enable your team and Deel to track observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.
- Leverage data and analysis to define, track, and improve milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
- Act as a business partner to Deel’s senior leadership team on progress against your initiatives and KPIs.
