Assistant Trade Manager

This is a remote position.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Quality Control Editor. This position will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and correcting mystery shopper reports
  

• Coaching secret shoppers
  

• Communicating with our shoppers by phone and email
  

• Assuring all reports meet our company guidelines
