What You'll Do

  • Catering:
  • Perform the pre-launching and ensuring readiness of catering to go live.
  • Plan list of target clients and plan schedule to approach them.
  • Perform Catering daily sales by connecting with new clients in proactive manner, using different approaches (Phone calls, e-mails, and direct visits)
  • Prepare detailed event planner and coordinate it with the reginal team.
  • Coordinate the customer inquiries, collaborate with the regional team to prepare, and submit proposals, and collect payment.
  • Prepare catering orders for the confirmed events and coordinate with production and logistic team.
  • Plan and coordinate events logistic requirements with local logistic/ purchasing team and ensure the implementation of Right Bite standards in terms of delivery, set-up, packing and excellent service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, gather essential feedback, and submit report to the reginal team.
  • OTG:
  • Perform pre-opening and opening procedures of new OTG outlet.
  • Plan daily/weekly orders par level planner (Food and Non-food) based on forecasted sales target and coordinate with reginal team for validation.
  • Coordinate the planned orders and logistic requirements with local operations team.
  • Plan team schedule according to the business needs and footfall ratio
  • Conduct daily operational visit and tackle daily operational challenges.
  • Coordinate any direct technical support with relevant departments (Maintenance Issues, IT Issues, POS Issues, Petty Cash, CCM issues)
  • Ensure the correct t implementation of F&B technical training, food safety & hygiene, cleaning procedure, cash handling procedure, opening, and closing procedures, inventory, counter sequence of counter service, exceptional customer experience and sales building technique.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide detailed report
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure retention.
  • Recommend new promotions and new products based on the customers needs
  • Coordinate and implement promotion and marketing activities as planned by reginal team.
  • Propose efficient methods to achieve sales target and lead OTG local team to achieve.

What Are We Looking For

  • 3 + years of experience in a relevant role, preferable in Catering, Healthy Food Concepts
