- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years practical O&M experience with no less than 7-8 years’ experience in O&M.
- Demonstrable experience in all aspects of supervision on major O&M Infrastructure projects.
- Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and O&M relevant software’s.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Requires a working knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices.
