As a member of an empowered accounting team, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including:

• You will review Vendor Statements.
  

• Answer vendor inquiries and handles their calls to manage various orders.
  

• Dispatch checks and process credit card payments via mail, email, or fax.
  

• Manage DMV tasks such as tag renewal, vehicle licensing, and registration.
  

• Maintain the Vehicle Master list, updating information such as VIN number, license plate number, license renewal date, and KTAGS safety and personnel policies.
  

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards as relevant to procedures and processes.
  

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• At least one year of experience working as an Accounts payable Clerk
