- Manage the operation of Social Media with our agency i.e. content creation, content calendar, community management, paid media
- Assist in campaigns from A to Z.
- Optimize our media buying to ensure the best ROI
- Develop and improve the PR strategy and planning.
- Implement and manage a PR structure and process
- Maximize PR Coverage in the region.
- Also support the dealer network in all PR activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media in the region in particular the automotive press.
- Manage media test drive and coordinate test drives. Maximise the fleet to press.
- Organization of interviews (print, TV and other).
- Preparation and coordination of briefing materials, Q&As and speeches for the company's spokespeople.
- Organization of media training for Audi spokes people.
- Proofreading Arabic Press Releases before going live.
- Review and evaluation of the effectiveness of media coverage.
- Identify all relevant press releases relevant to Middle East, including international news.
- Distribute press releases in a timely manner.
- Responsible for publicity of dealership openings, special events etc.
- Support in event planning such as new car launch etc.
- Assist in roadshow planning and implementation.
- Study sponsorship opportunities in the region.
- Manage existing sponsorships in selected countries.
