Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, monitor and revisit the Onboarding Program effectiveness from time to time.
• Support on development and implementation of engagement and recognition programs for office employees.
• Produce and review talent acquisition reports and communicate analysis to the business leaders and HR team
• Build relationships and collaborate across the business to maximize the impact of employee engagement and retention activities
• Development and execution of effective attraction, sourcing & selection strategies to deliver top-quality talent and meet hiring plans in a timely and consistent manner.
• Actively track implementation during the three phases of the PMP cycle in coordination with territory HRMs to obtain high completion rates across Home Centre.
• Leverage Best-in-class benchmarks and metrics to effectively track results, identify trends and develop plans to address opportunities that will have the largest impact for the business
• Ensure the maintenance of a candidate database to meet current and future recruitment needs based on business objectives
• Consciously work to ensure that the candidate experience is positive and is aligned to Home Centre values
• Ensure completion of all pre and post-employment requirements as per company policy and program guidelines.
• Support Territory HRMs on development and implementation of engagement and recognition programs for Retail and Warehouse employees.
• Proactively meet potential future candidates to create an external talent pool for future workforce needs
• Support the Talent Program Manager in the implementation of the Performance Management Process (PMP).
• Coordinate workshops / trainings on PMP (Employee & Manager modules) to all Concept Employees and ensure the territory trainings are conducted at the right time and with right level of quality.
• Design execute and manage employee surveys, analyze data and ensure results are extracted into actions plans.
• Report program status and new hire feedback on a quarterly basis.
• Leverage the IJP process and work closely with the Group to identify opportunities for internal candidates to promote talent mobility and retention of key talent
• Deliver a superior onboarding experience for new hires at Concept, by providing high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the process.
