As an Assistant Manager of Banquet, you will support the Banquet Manager in supervising the floor function by assisting the kitchen and leading the service teams in accomplishing events based on the customers’ requirements and our service standards. You will ensure that all banquet details, including decorations, layout, cleanliness, and services are properly set up and follow our standards, policies, and procedures.
