As the Assistant Manager Airport Services at Atlantis Dubai located in Dubai International Airport you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating airport services to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for guests arriving and departing from the resort. Reporting to the Manager Transport of Atlantis Dubai you will oversee a team of airport service agents handle logistics and collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold the high standards of guest service and hospitality that Atlantis Dubai is renowned for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Airport Services Manager in overseeing the daytoday operations of airport services including arrival and departure procedures transportation arrangements and guest assistance.
- Supervise airport service agents to ensure efficient and courteous handling of guest arrivals and departures luggage handling and transportation coordination.
- Collaborate with airline partners ground handlers and airport authorities to streamline operations resolve issues and maintain strong relationships to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor service quality compliance with safety and security protocols and adherence to operational standards to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
- Support the implementation of training programs service enhancements and process improvements to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
About You:
- Previous experience in airport services guest relations or hospitality operations preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fastpaced airport setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customercentric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of airport operations baggage handling procedures and relevant regulations.
- Detailoriented organized and adaptable to changing circumstances in a dynamic airport environment.
