Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate - Legal to join our team at Corpository - A Yubi Company, you will be responsible for designing, testing, planning, implementing, protecting, operating, managing and maintaining our companys databases
- The candidate will be required to draft correspondences, drafting of contracts and reviewing Agreements (NDAs, Service Agreements and Addendums) with various stakeholders on behalf of the
- Research on Data Privacy Laws, Labour Law, Shop and Establishment Act
- Advising on stamping of Update and keep track of client contract
- Assistance in research and documenting - IT, HR, Information Security compliance policies, preparations of

- 5+ years of experience of Legal compliance and drafting of
