Assistant General Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the UAE.
• A total of 8 years of professional work experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
