• Manage monthly stock-takes and review results with relevant departments
• Control costs without compromising standards and customer experience
• Forecast potential revenues and costs, particularly in labor forecasting
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees

• Support delivery of key training, identify training needs and capability gaps
• Manage employee performance in line with job descriptions
