Assist the Head of Internal Audit in overseeing and managing all aspects of the internal audit function including planning, implementation and reporting.

Assist the Head of Internal Audit in developing and implementing risk-based audit plans, ensuring they are consistent with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Conduct a comprehensive review/audit of complex financial and operational processes to identify areas of risk and make recommendations to mitigate those risks.

Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
.
Supervise the internal audit team, provide guidance and support and provide appropriate performance feedback.
.
Maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders, such as senior management and business unit leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Required profile of candidates
.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CA, ACCA or CIA certification preferred.
.
At least 6 years of internal audit experience, preferably in the real estate development industry
.
Strong knowledge of internal control framework, risk management and regulatory requirements
