- Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, this role oversees our Banquet, Restaurant, Bar and In Room Dining operations.
- The role balances the critical importance of big picture leadership with the day to day management of the operation, by developing and engaging the team, problem solving and delivering results for the business.
