Must Haves
- 1+ year of experience in IT Asset Management
- Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities and timely escalate to the Asset Manager for resolution
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Fresh service software
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field
