We are currently looking for a Data Analyst (HR) (RIOJP) for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and consolidating data to provide insights on recruitment performance (open roles, time to fill, employee ED&I data, external market data, statistics for recruitment trends, leader satisfaction surveys, etc.)
  • Retrieving data from various systems for all ad-hoc reporting questions (data pertaining to vendors, insights from the people survey, data required for certification requirements, data requested for audits, etc.)
  • Implementing and maintaining additional tools, visuals and libraries that will help the team interact more effectively with large amounts and various sources of data, i.e. automated PowerBI dashboards
  • Providing training on reports, presenting new solutions and processes, or updated data management systems to the TA team & HR
  • Acting as the point of contact for the escalation of incidents and breakdowns of functionality through to the global HR Systems support team

What you will need to succeed:
  • English (must speak and written), French (an asset) and Spanish (a bonus)
  • Knowledge of Workday, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI (important assets)
  • Knowledge of People Experience functions (Talent acquisition / HR)
  • Knowledge of data gathering, transformation and analysis
  • Experience in engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations
