ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
• Inspect and approve materials and workmanship
• Resolve construction conflicts and issues
• Liaise with clients architects and other engineers
• Inspecting and approving materials and workmanship
  
• Coordinating with other trades and contractors
• Ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
• Maintaining safety standards

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 Years of Experience in Construction
• Good experience in enabling and piling works as a consultant or contractor.
• Statelicensed and certified civil engineer.
• Proficiency in civil engineering project management software such as Civil 3D and CAD.
• Indepth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications standards and codes.
• Experience in highrise building hospitality and residential

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
