Estimating and budgeting production costs.
Collaborating with the Design Team for quality and cost efficiency.
Supervising location setup and managing event and exhibition projects as directed by Management.
Planning, implementing, and controlling production schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
Determining necessary material resources.
Establishing and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures in production.
Upholding health and safety standards.
