Job Description
Technical skills: Deep understanding of the applications and systems used, and the ability to analyze errors and perform basic application maintenance.
Communication and User Support: Ability to communicate effectively with users to understand and address their technical problems and provide technical support.
Problem solving and analysis: The ability to analyze and diagnose technical faults and find quick and effective solutions.
