Application Support Engineer

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Provide application support for IT trade systems as needed.
• Handle problem management with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure IT Security, including servers hardening, patch management, user access policies, Log reviews and maintenance, and more.
• Follow IT audits and company policies compliance.
• Manage backups and define backup policies.
• Assist with escalated incidents and resolve them in a timely manner
• Report incidents to external vendors and/or management as needed and coordinate support activities until completion.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as an IT Applications Analyst in Securities Exchange, Stock Exchange or Financial Services.
• Must have proven experience working with Linux
