Application Lead

What You Will Do

• Manage expectations of stakeholders, coordinate and ensure completion of tasks with all component development teams and external consultants.
• Consult, propose, teach, troubleshoot, setup application solutions and maintain Frontend Mobility solutions to agreed service level standards.
• Participates and adheres to DevOPS framework.
• Develops and maintains documentation for Technical solution modifications.
• Work with internal and external implementation team members and partners to contribute to the development, testing and deployment of Mobiltiy solutions
• Develop team in line with target competencies and build adequate bench strength for future.
  

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Proficient in development using Dart, Swift, Java, Kotlin
• Knowledge of Azure Devops, GitHub will be highly regarded
• Good analytical and communication skills
• IT Quality Assurance
• IT Project Management
• Business Process Design
• Ability to provide coaching & knowledge transfer to team members
  

What Equips You For The Role

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years in development of IT projects using iOS, Android, Flutter Mobility solutions
• Should have been involved in at least eight project implementations
• Work experience in leading business and tech team interactions for Mobile Apps end to end delivery
