Job Description

Lead the functional design, development, and delivery of an SAP S4/HANA Vehicle Management Systems (VMS) (SD, MM) implementation for an established auto manufacturer.

Provide oversight and acceptance responsibilities for design and implementation decisions and proactively work with both technical and business teams to resolve and reduce identified gaps and changes.

Serve as the Functional SAP expert on a dedicated mixed team of business and technical experts from other areas of the business.

Oversee functional direction across the implementation of the SAP Vehicle Management System S4/HANA.

Support development team needs to define and document solution architecture as part of a new initiative or enhancement

Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Vehicle Management System (VMS) in SAP S/4 HANA or ECC 6.0.

Understanding of VMS processes Vehicle creation with BOM components, relevant actions in ZVELOAS, Standard VMS reporting transactions, Familiarity with VIN linking process, Registration process, Assembled & unassembled vehicle

Hands on experience in vehicle creation, action triggers in vehicle, Serial numbers

Basic understanding of Integrations with OTC, Planning, EWM, PTP, Finance, aATP
